Fox News Women
88FOX NEWS WOMEN
I published an article last year entitled Women of Fox News, which has proved to be a major success. By popular demand, I followed it up with Men of Fox News . Now I want to put the spotlight on a different set of Fox News Women, some of whom my readers felt should have been included in the first article.

Jamie Colby practiced law for ten years. She became a Broadcast Journalist by accident. She was asked to fill in for a local anchorwoman who was going on maternity leave and enjoyed it so much that she decided to pursue it as a career. She once did a story on homeschooling during which she went into a home to see it firsthand. That experience changed her personal thoughts on the subject. In an interview she said: "After seeing Marianne Bareirro teach four of her kids different lesson plans at the same time and realizing how focused these kids were in the home environment, my whole perception of home schooling changed. Obviously, a picture is worth a thousand words. And these were exceptional kids - well behaved, interested in learning and extremely well rounded. That had been a misconception of mine and I think many others, that homeschooled kids don't socialize with kids in traditional schools and aren't encouraged to play sports, etc."

Always interesting to see people's backgrounds . . . and their faces!
Incredible! Inspiring! Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em!!! These women are living my dream, which i'm still hopin' to be, in my next life. You think there's FOX in heaven? This was so enjoyable, thanks!
Being a Fox fan, this is very interesting. I really like all of them as they seem to work very hard and have the principle of telling it like it is. Very educated and well versed they are; not just pretty!! Oh, I know the beauty keeps them coming back!!!
Thanks for sharing; as always very unique hub.
Linda
Great hub James. The women of Fox News are the best.
I really love the fox news women they' re all hot except for what comes out of their mouths...
Great hub. It was interesting to read a little bit about these ladies. Jamie Colby is my favorite. She doesn't have to say anything just sit there.
Fox News really knows how to pick 'em. Every one of these women is talented, intelligent, educated and extremely good looking. They refute that old chestnut that beauty and brains do not go together. They most absolutely do. Thanks, James, for your research and sharing of information.
I hadn't known much about these women, so it was interesting to read about their lives. Most days I watch Martha Mccallum and like her manner. What you wrote about her affirms my admiration.
These are the signs of the new conservative woman. Great.
Keep on hubbing!
Great and informative hub James. Well researched.
Blessings
It's interesting to read about their backgrounds!
Intellegent and atractive women, all of them. They certainly give Fox the edge.
spunky and intelligent - a powerful combination!
You certainly got yourself a good selection. They are beautiful.
James
FOX is all I watch because I prefer their Fair and Balanced Slant on the News. Also the FOX foxes individually are well balanced and more than fair to watch! My personal favorite is Megan Kelly but as far as your lineup goes Jenna Lee adds new zest to their Business Reports never before achieved!
Hmmmmmm............
I've been on a "news fast" for almost ten years. Didn't know what I was missing!
Maybe I could turn on the TV and press the "MUTE" button.
Great Hub as usually, James. Thanks.
James...A double thumbs up for this informative and interesting Hub on the wonder women of Fox...My favorite is the pixie, Catherine Herridge...Smart, incisive, and strictly non-partisan...she is the quintessential professional with a calmness and maturity rarely seen these days on national television news programs...Thank you for sharing these interesting glimpses into these highly accomplished and thoroughly American women...Larry
Yrt another reason or 12 to watch FOXES news... nice one man- I'm not going to check out the guys sirry ....
Well, it looks like the Blonds captured the show:) It is great how you gave a little bit about each of their lives, it makes them more real to us readers! (They each seem, to have worked hard at getting where their at, and it wasn't just based on looks:) Although, it was their looks that gave them the cutting edge.) Great Job James:)
Partisan Patriot said "FOX is all I watch because I prefer their Fair and Balanced Slant on the News." I swear, I laughed so hard I cried. Made my day. I guess Fox screamed it so often and so loud (because everyone kept saying the exact opposite) that it actually convinced those unaware. If you are on the Conservative Republican side, that is how it looks to YOU. In reality, it is untrue. But thanks for the laugh, I really needed it.
Moonchild
Glad I was able to brighten up your day with what you call humor. I am a proud Conservative Republican and as such do indeed buy Fox’s Fair and Balance Perspective.
See what you and the rest of your Moon Children don’t realize is Fox is the Fair and Balance Side to all the Main Stream Propaganda you listen to and willingly lap us as legitimate news; ABC,CBS,NBC,CNN, MSNBC all collectively broadcasting under the banner of Pravda!
But my dear friends stay in the dark and continue swallowing all Obama’s Pearls of wisdom while this economy and our country as a whole continue to spiral down that final flush of the toilet.
It is always good to look to the memories of the past which are nothing but guiding tools. A great hub.
Foxy women!! I was sorry to see Kimberly Guilfoyle leave San Francisco when she did ~ always admired her. And now it sounds as if she divorced again(?) I'm sorry to hear that too. This was really enjoyable to read. Interesting and original!
Ainsley Earhardt, what? I wasn't listening, I was busy staring at he puppy!
Blond overload LOL!
Very Beautiful, i knew there was a reason i always go back to FOX. We could say they are "FOXie Ladies" - (thanks Jimmy H).
Great hub James :D
seriously how beautiful are these women kicking ass with their brains, and not their looks. You go ladies!
Fox news is the one to watch. It is where I get my news. Most of my church watches Fox because it seems all the other media is so slanted.
Love the Hub James!I always liked watching Greta Susteren. She always seemed straight to the point. I didn't know about the others. Thanks for sharing.
Sorry my friend, I heard that final flush years ago when Bush was president and we started this downward spiral, why do you think everyone was screaming for change? We went from a huge surplus to a huge deficit while he was in office. And got a war we never wanted to boot, by a man who didn't give a damn what the American public wanted, the UN or anybody else for that matter. I do not watch mainstream media. I don't read those papers either. I watch BBC news, I rarely ever see that kind of slant on CNN. It seems fair and honest to me. Not the network stations however, and that includes FOX. Everyone of those slant one way or the other. I will channel surf the stories and get the real dirt from CNN or perhaps BBC, just the facts and then get the FOX slant to make any democrat available look bad or try to save that Republicans butt. I never could understand that childish need. No one can spin better than those people either. Genius. I have to compliment them big time on that, it is actually impressive. It is not about my agreeing with the news. It is about facts. That is all I am looking for, not a conservative and/or Christian slant or for that matter a Liberal one.
Another great hub James. These are some impressive women. I did notice that you mentioned their father's and/or husband's accomplishments as well; and they are also well accomplished. James, I think you are Jenna Lee's ultimate man: a gentleman; who is light-hearted, quick-witted, and really smart, with a great sense of humor. Thanks again for a great hub experience.
Fox News is the the best! Thanks James for a look into the background of these talented and beautiful women!
Wow! Loved this hub. I watch these women everyday and knowing more about them makes it much more personal. My favorite is Gretchen Wilson. Thanks!
Five stars James, as usual!
All very beautiful women
I like her
Where did I put my remote? I need to find the Fox channel. :)
Excellent information as usual James.
Cheers,
Grant.
What else can be said. Fox News is beautiful in more ways than one. ;)
Women are so darn talented and beautiful as well. The Lord sure knows how to cook. Fantastic work you have done in such a wonderful way like always. God Bless You brother.
Excellent Hub James!!! I have a missed a few of your hubs as I have been offline for about 10 days, but this is a good one to come back to. All beautiful women, well researched, and very complimentary, on your part, to those of our gender. Nice recognition, thank you so much!! Very classy Hub!!
I suppose they were inevitable, seeing as how Fox News is a visual medium, but maybe the pictures were a mistake, because (uniquely for one of your hubs) I've spent so long looking at them, I haven't bothered to read the text yet. LOL :))
I would caution that in Britain the BBC is known as the Left Broadcasting Corporation. They very much have a slant and we check out other networks to find out what the BBC may have been withholding.
The BBC is openly and avowedly 'politically correct' at the expense of the truth and even spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on court action to avoid releasing information, demanded under the Freedom of Information Act, about a survey they themselves had commissioned which divulged the extent to which the BBC is biased in its reporting towards the Palestinian cause and against Israel.
If you want to know the truth, never rely on a single source of information.
very nice collection
James, this is fantastic, I enjoyed learning about Fox News Women. The human side of this makes the women of Fox News more appealing taking the edge off the harsh news of today. Love the personal side great review and tribute to the news women. Peace :)
James, Hello!! This needs to GO to Fox news. E mail the link to them !!! For reels. I really enjoyed this. These woman all have integrity in the news they deliver to the world. I think it is selfless that you gave time and energy to honor these woman.
I am not always sure what is honest or not in the news but I do honor these woman. I believe they do fantastic considering the political correct agenda they are mandated to follow. I love Greta, she is an honest engine and funny. She cuts to the chase. Jenna Lee is adorable, I love her presence. From what I have seen and heard from these ladies they all seem to be true to themselves. I will be more in tune when I see them from now on. James this is another awesome hub. Voted up and awesome.
I know Christ smiles on you brother. You are mighty for our Lord. I love ya, James. I am so grateful we crossed paths at hub pages. You have followed my journey and that bro is inspiration to my heart. Thank You. Keep on James your wisdom has touched so many lives. Mine included. Hugs to You. Your friend. In His glorious Name, Jesus Christ. (-;
they need more brunettes ;)
gorgeous though, i have to say.
James a great write up - you should be working for Mr. Murdoch these are greats bios :) I enjoyed the complete bio too with the families and upbringing not just the current position. In other words you kept them real.
Great hub and since I'm a Fox News Fan, I enjoyed the article.
James I think you should be a Newsman yourself! lol, lol, lol, GREAT HUB my friend!!! LOVE YOU JAMES In Jesus Christ!
Hi James,
This is a great hub! You have a knack for getting the facts! keep it up!
Just goes to show beauty, brains and accomplishments CAN coexist in one person. I was surprised how many of these women were lawyers.
Great idea for a hub and well researched/written.
Thanks for opening my eyes, James! MM
Just wanted to say that it was a very good hub, Mr. Watkins. As always, you show us things that we have an interest to know more about. I particularly like seeing that women have plenty of say so, and brains as well...and not just pretty faces! Well, looks helps, too. Lol!
Take care of yourself, and always remember to take time out to relax. And you are always in our prayers, here in Boba's and my home.
VKA
Hey, James...got any nude photos? Wanna buy some? LOL...I couldn't help myself after that tour. There's less beauty in the Miss America Pageant than on Fox News. Now I'm starting to understand why I watch so much. For a while there I thought it was the news! I am a Laura Ingles fan but when you boil it down it is hard to beat Greta in terms of her ability to remain calm, to hear the guest out on an issue and keep the show intersting. That must be why she has been there so long. Thanks for a good hub! WB
There's some hotties in there. Never mind that they are educated and accomplished.
Man what a hub, gotta love those fox girls....I could never chose....
What struck me most after reading these bios is that each and every one of them seemed to excel in whatever they did along life's path from their school days and what has since followed. FOX news is lucky to have them! Just some of the reasons for intelligent discourse on that channel...
Interesting, especially because some of these women are from my generation. They are all very beautiful and highly successful in their careers. I haven't watched Fox News yet, but now I'm interested!
Love these girls..Beautiful..What about Megan Kelly my favorite?
It's so uplifting to hear about beautiful women with brains for once...there's hope in the world yet! Their backgrounds are so inspiring. I get envious just thinking about what they have accomplished and it makes me want to go out and build an empire or something. He he. Nice hub, unique and interesting!
You sure do your research. This read is a veritable cornucopia of fascinating material and photos. Fox News Women owe you a hearty thank you for your attention to detail and complimentary piece. Thank you for your superb writing.
Hi James ! Nice to see all the backgrounds in one spot. All of the fox ladies are unbelievably intelligent and talented but is it me or is fox the only network where the looks and intellect are both beyond compare?
I think you have some errors regarding Jamie Colby. She geaduated with her BA in 1980 and JD in 1983. Which means a couple of things. 1)She was born in 1961, because she received her JD in '83 at age 22. 2)She could not have been called Doogie Howser because the show ran from '89-'93. I hope this helps. BTW nice page.
ooooooooooooo i love fox news and the smart classy gorgeous women just rock it.
online shop www 38dollar com cheap price
If Martha MacCallum were single, and I were at least 40 years younger (than nearly 90!) I would beg for her hand in marriage.
To the woman who put down Bush. I would suggest that you check out history a bit more so you can make accurate comments. Hou are a Dumb Ass.
Have been a huge fan of ALL these women for years; articulate, intelligent, well educated, credible. When Harris Faulkner first appeared on FOX, she appeared to me to be a rising star...and she is. Catherine Herridge is a favorite; so professional. And they're all beautiful. My late husband and I have always watched only FOX.
Loved your hub........enjoyed reading the comments. too. Must have missed Shannon Bream; a star who has risen. A favorite is Catherine Herridge along with Megyn Kelly and...oh my goodness, they're ALL outstanding. How can one pick a favorite?
I had no idea there were so many beautiful young women working at Fox. No wonder it attracts so many viewers, lol. Interesting article. Thanks.
Fox News Channel hires women who show what they have on a daily basis... and I'm not talking about their reporting acumen. Some days, I think I'm viewing a cleavage contest - pathetic! Makes them all look cheap and throws a bad light on Fox news Channel. Megyn Kelly is the LONE exception - class and BRAINS all the way!
Love Fox. Ainsley is from my home town & I love her but I was born in 1980 & she was several years ahead of me in school so her birth year isn't accurate.
Jenna Lee is the cream of the crop. I'm glad she made the cut! Nice Hub.
Today, I am doing a research whether or not we write "Bachelor's Degree" or "bachelor's degree". There are different answers on the web, and I am not sure which one is right. But when I came to this site 'Bachelor's Degree' are in caps. Since this post is about FOX Women and their degree, I assumed this is the right way to write what I was looking for.
James,
I heard that Greta was a Scientology, so I re-read your excellent Hub to verify this rumor. And you confirmed it for me.
What a shame! I always had the utmost respect for her and her many talents. I know this may sound judgmental, but every-time I find out somebody is a follower of this bogus "religion," it dulls my perception of that person. How could an intelligent, educated woman like her fall for that scam?
Ask John Travolta and Kirstie Alley how things are going with the "church."
James, Thank you for your comment. You see, I am not a native speaker of English and so writing is not easy. Thanks again.

WOOOOHOOO! No wonder they are kickin everybodys rear end. Who is the competition gonna put up Rachel Maddow or Nancy Grace ? Just had to kick off your hub James :)
